A FTSE organisation based in Warwickshire are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their newly restructured team to be a HR BP Lead to support in projects including transformation, change and engagement. We are looking for a generalist HR professional who has worked in a large/blue-chip organisations with experience in each of these area to come in and hit the ground running to support the overall business strategy as the business goes into the next step of their exciting journey! The organisation is based in Warwickshire and the role is paying FTE £50,000 - £63,000 + Car/Car Allowance + up to 30% Bonus + Private Health care + Pension 9%/12.5% for a 12 month FTC.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner at Head Office this role will encompass the entire generalist Business Partnering spectrum specifically working in a strategic high end HR BP role supporting a business area. We are looking for someone who is a highly experienced strategic HR professional with experience in Organisation Development who can influence and challenge Leaders in order to align the people plan with overall business strategy. Influencing through credibility and navigating a complex matrix organisation with finesse are critical in this project.

You'll need to be agile, able to deal with ambiguity at times and take calculated risks that you think will benefit the business positively.
You will have worked in a large/well-known blue-chip business with Centre of Excellence in a purely strategic role and you must have experience in transformation, change and engagement. The style needed to be successful in the role is adaptable, able to cut through and action orientated. The wider HR team enjoy working collaboratively with a leader whose preference is to empower and give autonomy.
