Macildowie HR are partnering a professional business based in Warwickshire to recruit a hands on HR Manager to join their commercial team. Reporting into the HR Director and working along side Recruitment, L&D and OD you will work in a hands on generalist HR role. The organisation has grown to 500 heads in 6 years, with year on year growth of 100 heads! Set in beautiful large modern offices we are looking for a strong operational HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor wanting the next step into a HR Manager position or a HR Manager who is happy to roll their sleeves up in a fast paced and multi task operational role. The role is based in Warwickshire and paying £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits.
Reporting directly into the HR Director and working with the senior leadership team you will be responsible for the whole site of c500 employees, playing a key part in the company's success. You will use your excellent communication and listening skills to build relationships with senior managers to support on all matter HR, introducing new ideas and helping implement them into the company.
You will use a collaborative working style to manage the day to day HR function across the company of c500 staff, providing support and coaching to the senior Management team to get the maximum potential from their teams.
Using your solid generalist HR experience in this varied role you will be leading on all matter employee relations including disciplinaries & grievances, performance management and absence management and the effective implementation of new policies and procedures. Due to the rapid growth of the business we are looking for a problem solver, someone who can bring in new ideas and improve the department's processes and procedures so some experience in a business going through change would be helpful
