Reporting into the Retail HR Director, the position of this role is the right hand to the Location Director supporting a population of c150 employees. Clear objectives are set out including Organisational Design, Talent Attraction and Employee Relations. Driving performance through coaching Line Managers to increase engagement and retention. Delivering in this project will tell a great story in any competencies you wish to demonstrate in your own career story with focus on the current HR hot topics of recruitment, retention and excellence in people processes.
Characteristics for success in this appointment include being a trusted, credible sounding board with a pragmatic voice for the leadership team.
