Macildowie HR is working with a fantastic business that is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team of experienced HR Professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a permanent role which reports in to the HR Manager and sits alongside a team of HR Business Partners.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering with senior managers within the company to support business units with a variety of HR and ER issues. You will work with the management team to ensure compliance and consistency across the business and will partner with senior management to understand their individual needs. Key areas you will be responsible for supporting are talent and succession, employee engagement, learning and development and organisational change etc. However, you will also be responsible for supporting on a range of operational issues including leading on escalated disciplinary and grievances, supporting line managers with performance management tools and tracking long term sick/ absence cases.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will demonstrate credibility and gravitas at a senior level. With strong judgement and decision making, you will coach and guide senior stakeholder's. This role would suit a candidate currently operating at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
CIPD Qualified or Part/Qualified
Employee relations experience
Training related experience
Flexible with travel
Confident IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel
HR Project work
