Macildowie HR are partnering an organisation to source a HR Business Partner based at their Head Office. We are looking for someone to report into the Workforce Director with a dotted line into the Managing Director to bridge the gap between the operational HR team and Leadership Team to work both operationally and on strategic projects in a generalist role. This is a perfect role for someone wanting to manage and up skill a team in order to move this function from a reactive to proactive team and to link with the L&D Manager to support on engagement and talent in a true business partnering role. This organisation is expanding and you'd be joining at an exciting time! The role is based in Leicester and paying £35,000 - £45,000 + Car + Benefits.
Working closely with another HR Business Partner and L&D Maager in a newly restructured team, you will train and develop your team of four to become true HR Advisors, working with the L&D Managers to give them develop plans and in turn pushing forward the HR function. We are looking for an engaging, inspirational and proactive leader with fantastic communication skills! You will ensure the effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, support on a range of complex employee relations issues, frequently coaching line managers to develop their knowledge and key understanding in a really hands on role in order to free up you and your team to work on strategic projects.
You will be an excellent communicator, motivational and confident in order to build strong relationships with your key stakeholders across head office and your region to ensure you're working in a true partnership approach. You will also focus on talent, succession and engagement, linking with an experienced L&D Manager who's keen to work collaboratively.

You will have fantastic communicator and influencer in order to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and take a hands on approach in order to support on a range of ER cases and operational work. You will be able to identify areas of improvement and implement practical solutions in to build the function from the bottom up.
