Macildowie HR are working with a large FTSE organisation based in Warwickshire are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join their newly restructured team to support act as a true HR BP alligned to Operations and to work on various projects including transformation, change and engagement on a 6-9 month contract (which could be extended). We are looking for someone with experience in each of these areas to come in and hit the ground running and deliver various projects effectively in order to support the overall business strategy. This role will initially be for 6-9 months but could become longer or permanent for the right person. Based in Warwickshire the role is paying £55,000 - £60,000 FTE, Car/Car Allowance, 30% Bonus, Share Save Scheme, Private Healthcare and Pension.
Reporting into the Head of HR at Head Office this role will encompass the entire generalist Business Partnering spectrum specifically working in a strategic high end HR BP role. We are looking for someone who is a highly experienced strategic HR professional with experience in Organisation Development who can influence and challenge Leaders in order to align the people plan with overall business strategy. Influencing through credibility and navigating a complex matrix organisation with finesse are critical in this project.

Ideally you will have worked in a large business in a purely strategic role and you must have experience in transformation, change and engagement. The style needed to be successful in the role is adaptable, able to cut through and action orientated. The wider HR team enjoy working collaboratively with a leader whose preference is to empower and give autonomy.
