Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Bedford

Job Salary: £34k -£42K

The Role

To provide an effective HR service both directly and through supporting managers to continue with the company's passion and drive to ensure the business is a great place to work. To contribute at a corporate level by taking responsibility for nominated specialist areas that includes Learning & Development as an example.

Working with the HRD to develop the direction of the people plan with regards to engagement, talent management, communication, reward and policies & procedures. Ensuring continuous improvement to the companies ability to recruit, train and retain the very best talent.

Partnering with managers to ensure each site, team and individual has the appropriate skills to maximise sales across the day parts. To provide clear training and development opportunities which in turn will maximise productivity.
Providing Support to managers to control the costs in terms of headcount, turnover, and absence management and maximising the effectiveness of the training budget. Understand how people costs can positively impact upon profitability and ensure prompt actions to maximise effective labour usage.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing projects as required, Data Analysis to review the company's compensation and benefits package remains competitive, and the management of performance reviews and other ER advising and ownership to support the business' strategy for growth.

The Person
Having proven experience of Change Management with good analytical and planning and organisation skills, that work with your commercial focus to have assisted with continuous growth and change within a hospitality/sales/retail environment.

The right candidate would need a broad knowledge and experience of current employment law, compensation, organisational planning and development, employee relations and training and development.

Be an excellent communicator and have has experience with TUPE and confident in handling TUPE situations.
Ideally you would be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
