Macildowie HR are currently working with a leading manufacturing business who are looking for an excellent HR professional wanting their next step! We are looking for either a dynamic and motivated Senior HR Advisor wanting their first step into a HR Business Partner role, or a HR Business Partner with a track record of working in a fast paced environment dealing with competing priorities. Working in an organisation employing 2,000 staff, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in an organisation that proactively strives to continuously develop their employees. The role is based in Leicestershire and is paying £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits.

You will work with Senior Management to Line Manager across the site on people related HR matters including talent management & succession planning, organisation development & design, employee engagement, performance, reward, recruitment, training and employee relations. You will be a fantastic relationship builder, able to challenge and influence your key stakeholders and deliver commercial driven advice. This, coupled with fantastic communication skills is important as you'll attend monthly leadership meetings delivering commercial solutions on the HR people plan.
The role will involve complex case work so you will be very strong in this area with the ability to upskill line managers although the HR SSC will take the transactional ER cases. MI is used to ensure all outcomes can be measured and you will take lead on data preparation for HR activities and meetings. There is also opportunities to work on various HR projects such as developing the Employee Communications Forum, driving engagement activity and various projects determined by the Senior Management team and the HR BP's.

- Ability to juggle tasking and manage own diary
- Be a flexible team player who can support the wider HR team as and when required
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is essential.
