This is a truly generalist role that will see the HR Business Partner engaging in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, engagement, employee relations, recruitment and talent pipelining, learning and development and rewards and benefits. There will be real variety to this role as the HR Business Partner will work to ensure that the HR strategy is truly adopted into the operations of the business. You will partner with the senior managers across your business area and work closely with the wider HR team to devise a strong communications strategy to the business. Aside from the operational aspects to the role the HR Business Partner will work on a number of strategic projects aligned to cultural change and engagement.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role to stretch them and where they will gain true exposure to a business in a business partnering capacity. The ideal person must be able to demonstrate a strong coaching style, and be an engaging communicator able to achieve credibility quickly from senior managers. A strong generalist background is essential. Some experience of supporting with strategic HR projects would also be beneficial.
Importantly this person must demonstrate that they are invested in the HR function and are looking to work with a business and their team to achieve both commercial successes and an engaging environment for employees.
