HR Business Partner - Northamptonshire - £55,000-£65,000
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working with a locally well known brand in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner. The role will report into the HR Director but will operate in a standalone capacity. Our client is looking to pay in the region of £55,000-£65,000 + benefits and the role will be recruited on a permanent basis.
The HR Business Partner will be a key tactical figure in the deployment and execution of HR strategies. Working closely with the HR Director and partnering with several business function heads, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering a consistent, high quality service in the provision across all generalist matters but in particular Talent Management, Change, Performance Management, Compensation, Engagement and reporting.
The HR Business Partner will support the talent agenda for the business through leading on annual talent reviews, partnering with senior managers to identify key succession areas and enabling a career culture through development and promotion of careers pathways. The HR Business Partner will work with the business to identify the most effective methods for internal communications and will help to develop action plans to ensure the successful deployment of materials to support new talent initiatives.
The HR Business Partner will play a key role in Employee Engagement and culture management as they will be responsible for the deployment of surveys, as well as management of focus groups and driving insights out of the data. The postholder will also act as a senior subject matter expert for employee relations and HR systems.
Our client is looking for a credible HR Business Partner with experience in a unionised blue collar environment. You will be a skilled influencer able to juggle the demands of being an employee advocate as well as a strategically commercial decision maker. You will be able to work well in a team and will be curious in nature. Ideally, you will also be CIPD qualified.
