Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a successful professional services organisation based in Leicestershire to source a HR Business Partner to join their embedded HR team on a temporary role and to start asap, which can become permanent for the right person! Partenering your key stakeholder's you will build effective relationships in order to provide support on varying HR topics to achieve strategic business objectives and the people agenda. In this lead HR Business Partnering role in the team and is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously in a strategic yet hands on role with progression opportunity for those wanting a permanent role. The role is based in Leicestershire and paying £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits.
Reporting into the HR Director you will work in partnership with all managers up to Directors of functions you will use your Business Partnering skills, commercial approach and excellent communications skills to inspire change within the organisation. Your role will encompass all areas of HR including employee engagement, talent management & succession planning, change management, recruitment, organisational design, implementing policies & procedures, performance management, absence management, employee relations, reward and various strategic projects there is no area of HR you wont get involved in!
This it the lead HR Business Partner role, therefore you will be motivational, inspiring and a role model for the other HR Business Partner, supporting the wider HR team in mentoring, coaching and developing the team to commercial push forward the functions to enable the function to always help achieve business objectives.
The role will require you to roll your sleeves up to understand the business from the bottom up including advising on a small number of complex case work so you will be very strong in this area with the ability to upskill line managers. MI is used to ensure all outcomes can be measured and you will take lead on data preparation for HR activities and meetings. There is also opportunities to work on various HR projects such implementation of the new HR system, investors in people, process and policy improvements and change management projects including site relocation, TUPE, restructuring and redundancies.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked as a HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor role previously and you must have some strategic experience in change management, employee engagement and talent management. You will be able to demonstrate commercial ROI and times you've made things happen. You will be an excellent relationship builder with examples of how you can turn around difficult stakeholders in order to work together in a true partnership. This will be the lead HR Business Partner role and therefore you will help mentor, coach and upskill the team and be motivational, hardworking and a confident in order to act as a role model for the other HR Business Partners. We are looking for a HR professional with a base of HR Business Partnering who has the desire and drive to want that next step!
