HR Business Partner - Northamptonshire - up to £55,000 + car
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working exclusively on an interim HR Business Partner role for a market leading organisation. The role will be recruited on an interim basis initially and will look to pay up to £55,000 + car.
The HR Business Partner will support a select client group within the business to drive through a variety of change initiatives, aligned to the wider business objectives. The role will require some strategic and tactical planning but will also require hands on application. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to engage the business and prepare for change, while regularly reporting on the progress of projects.
The HR Business Partner will be tasked with assessing organisational effectiveness and tailoring solutions to creative improvements in operational effectiveness. This will involve developing leadership capability through coaching and create bespoke training, identifying talent and looking at succession planning, and restructuring or redeploying where required.
The HR Business Partner will work with commercial functions including finance and marketing but one of the key change projects for the postholder will be work with the Sales Director to assess and drive capability and performance within the sales function. This will be multifaceted project involving organisational design, training and reward and bonus review.
You will have experience in leading on change initiatives, will have strong stakeholder management skills and will be fully conversant, and an advocate of, continuous improvement. You will also be immediately, or soon to be, available.
