Based in Nottingham with some travel regionally, this role will working with the wider team to support a number of stakeholders/ business units delivering an effective and efficient HR service. Including but not limited to, coaching and advising managers, projects surrounding engagement and reward and the full spectrum of employee relations and employee life cycle.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast paced and evolving business. To be considered for the role you must be CIPD qualified and have previous experience working within a business partnering capacity. Due to the nature of the organisation, it would be beneficial to have experience working multi site and providing support to stakeholders remotely.
