HR Manager - Northampton - up to £55,000
Macildowie is delighted to be working with a fantastic market leading business in the recruitment of an HR Manager. The role will report into the Head of HR and will manage a small team. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will pay up to £55,000.
Leading on HR for one of our nationwide client's sites, the HR Manager will be accountable for the delivery of a high quality HR provision that will see the postholder leading on a variety of tactical projects and managing a small HR team.
The HR Manager will have total responsibility across the generalist remit including talent, succession, engagement, change, ER, union relationships and training, and will be expected to develop the existing HR team, improving the quality of the HR service. The HR Manager will take the lead on deploying new initiatives and on delivering the change agenda, while the reporting HR team is expected to pick up the day to day HR activities. Developing the HR team will be an important part of the role, ensuring that the business needs are met and the HR Manager has the capacity to focus on value add, strategic work.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong HR background within an FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environment. Our client is looking for a high performer with excellence in team management and development so experience in a management role is essential to be considered. CIPD is not essential but would advantageous.
