Macildowie HR are working with an innovative and leading organisation based in Dunstable to recruit a driven, proactive and engaging HR Business Partner who is keen to progress in a business with high growth plans and in a newly restructured team. The role is paying £50,000 - £60,000 p.a (no car) plus benefits, on a permanent basis.

This is a perfect role for an ambitious and strategic thinking HR professional who is eager to learn, has the confidence to get out into the business to build relationships across certain business functions and has the ability to challenge and negotiate with a range of different stakeholders. In your HR Business Partner role you will focus on managing relationships and coaching heads of departments on all HR matters including: employee engagement, talent & succession planning (including managing headcount), change management, employee relations, wellbeing and forward thinking HR projects in order to continue to push things forward as the company continues to grow.

Essentially you will act as an employee champion in order to deliver competent and committed employees, a change agent to deliver capacity for change in the behaviours of employees and organisational change, and a strategic partner to deliver results in your business area. You will do this through working collaboratively and openly with the wider HR team including HR Business Partners, the Resourcing & Learning & Development team and closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and highly successful and commercial yet down to earth HR Director who will offer you room to grow through giving you autonomy and development.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a business with a centre of excellence / Ulrich model set up (if only small) to enable understanding of business partnering functional areas. Looking for a HR professional with experience of building strong partnering relationships through supporting, challenging and coaching key stakeholders. Good understanding of HR policies and processes to support in implementing structure into your business area especially as the businesses continues to grow. A positive, commercially thinking go getter who is keen to make a difference in a fast paced environment.
