I am working with an established manufacturing business who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract, based on site in Derbyshire.
You will collaborate with stakeholders of the business, have autonomy to make decisions and get involved in upcoming projects.
- Work with managers and advise on disciplinary and grievance issues
- Support, develop and upskill Managers
- Lead on casework regarding sickness and sickness absences
- Prepare regular, and ad-hoc, management information reports to support management activity
- Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Get involved in project work
- Produce accurate documentation, policies, procedures, handbooks, communications and correspondence
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking for their next challenging role.
You will require great communication and organisational skills, be a self-starter who enjoys working with others, and have a passion for HR to drive results through the business.
This role may require some travel to other sites, so having access to your own vehicle is required.
