Job Description

HR BUSINESS PARTNER
DERBY
£36,000-£38,000
Immediate start
6 week temporary contract

If you are afraid of a fast paced, interactive environment, then this isn't the role for you. You will be required to work at full speed and build relationships instantly with stakeholders throughout the organisation.

With a heavily unionised environment and a fair few ER cases to peddle through, we are looking for someone that understands the unique dynamic that comes with partnering union relationships. This role doesn't require someone to reinvent the wheel but I am looking for a solid HR operator that is comfortable working with varying levels of seniority.

A lot of the work you will be doing across this short time period will directly impact the business strategy and you may be asked to flex and bend throughout the contract. Therefore, I need someone that is happy to 'get stuck in' with the business needs and work hard to give a fantastic service to the wider workforce.

Due to the volume of response and my limited timeframe to recruit this position, I unfortunately will not be able to respond to everyone. I will endeavour to do my best to get back to as many people as possible, but please note, if you do not hear from me by Wednesday 12th of February, you have not been successful for this particular role.

Thanks for taking the time to apply!

Kind regards,
