Wow, where do I start? This is a company that has recently expanded it's international footprint and after doubling it's revenue over the last 4 years, it's looking to do the same again over the next 4! The role will report directly into the MD and you will have full autonomy of the people strategy.
With this in mind, they are keen to find a highly commercial HR leader to help guide them through some major projects on global mobility, engagement and leadership development.
Stakeholder management ability should be second to none and the successful candidate will not be afraid to challenge and take ownership of projects where needed. You will be required to travel internationally c4 times per year.
This company has definitely embraced the new flexible working world, now offering 2 days per week working from home and flexible start and finish times. Due to the nature of the role, this is certainly a full time position.
