HR Business Partner / Manager
£40-£45k + Car
Milton Keynes

This leading business continues to be an outstanding performer in their field and a business many would want to be a part of to experience the continuous success and development potential in the company. This role is a new role looking to lead the Milton Keynes site in all aspects of HR, with a main focus on TUPE and Re-Org within the business.

Key responsibilities:
-TUPE experience (Must) including Re-Org
-Business and HR transformation - managing group wide strategy, plans and implements HR practices in line with the company focus
-Talent supply and management - develops sourcing strategies and practices across the UK, working closely with recruitment partners, interview process, selection and support to hiring managers
-Performance management - Manage the group wide performance/appraisal process and managers with policy implementation. Manage annual salary reviews in line with agreed compensation and benefits within the group salary grading structure
-Leadership & Talent management - Drive existing talent mapping/management. Supporting the PDR process to upskill, inspire and retain while supporting gap analysis. Manage the L&D requirements across sites so everyone has access to a formal L&D/talent plan. Management of all succession/talent/leadership requirements
-Culture and engagement - working closely with all staff to embed culture and brand expectations through clear internal communications and plans. Supporting employee satisfaction programmes/surveys with clear plans and goals
-Payroll & Administration - support, develop and implement benefits and pension administration

- Experienced HR professional with a proven track record in fast moving environments
-Up to date and in depth employment law knowledge
-Previous involvement in delivering training and development
-Proven ability to coach Line Managers
-Ideally CIPD qualified
-Full UK driving licence

The preferred candidate will be someone who has a varied cv and experience that covers (in equal measure) all the key responsibilities needed. You will need to be a generalist with excellent process and legislation knowledge. You will need to evidence your ability to multi-task and how you can think on your feet when the process manual goes wrong. You can evidence your fast paced working experience as well as planning when things inevitably change.
