HR Change Advisor- 6 Month Fixed Term - Rushden - up to £38,000
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working with a market leading organisation on the recruitment of an HR Change Advisor vacancy. The role will be recruited on a fixed term basis, pay up to Â£40,000 and will start in the summer.
The HR Change Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager to support the business through a significant change project. The role will be focused on gearing the business for change through employee engagement, consultation and communications. As often goes with the territory of the change it is expected that the postholder will take the lead on group consultations and will play a role in forming project timelines. The HR Change Advisor will facilitate change workshops to ensure colleagues are taken through the process effectively and are informed throughout.
As well as supporting the business at ground level with employee relations, the change Advisor is also expected to work with the HR team on any terms related matters that may be factored in. This could be as simple as tweaking of terms and conditions for employees, TUPE, relocation packages or redundancy.
The postholder will at regular intervals provide reports on the progress of the project and continually assess business risk, acting as escalation point for any people matters related to the change.
Our client is looking for an HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations and ideally similar change projects such as TUPE, site relocation, mergers and acquisitions. You will need to have strong organisational and communication skills, be comfortable challenging but be approachable.
