Our client is a leading business with multiple divisions and sites across the UK. Due to an increase in business activity, they are seeking experienced HR support to assist in the delivery of individual consultation activities. Working very closely with local management, HR teams, Project groups and an HR Director managing the project the role will take responsibility for:
- Individual consultation process across one or more locations
- Make sure affected employees are individually consulted providing an opportunity to raise questions and to answer questions. Be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the consultation are managed appropriately, delivered on a timely basis while managing relationships with key stakeholders (employees/local managers/Unions and project teams)
-Training will be given before individual consultation commences where you will have an opportunity to understand the nature of the work to be undertaken
Ideal candidates will have experience of being involved/supporting a large scale consultation programme dealing with changes to terms and conditions of employment, have excellent legislation knowledge, have in-depth employee engagement in their background, have experience of working alongside unions and extremely important is the ability to complete and commit to the proposed project timescales.
Given the sensitive nature of this project the programme needs 100% continuity in the delivery and candidates will need to sign an NDA before the interview process begins. Detailed knowledge of the Project requirements/client/information will only be forthcoming at interview stage with the client.
