Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with an instantly recognisable company based in Northamptonshire who are looking for a HR Data Analyst to join their HR team on a 6 month FTC. This role will require really strong excel skills and is paying up to £30,000.
Within the role of a HR Data Analyst, you will be able to access, manipulate and correlate data and set up both regular and ad hoc reports, scorecards and dashboards for the business. You will be helping to find the right solutions by understanding the challenges that various teams are facing. Your knowledge on pivot tables and charts throughout excel should be second to none and be focusing on ad hoc projects to get involved with. You will be linking through to the data team on various occasions but primarily based within HR.
An understanding of the processes involved within HR would be advantageous along with strong excel skills. You will be spending time with HR and Data, Insight and Action teams so working within a group of people must be a strong point. You will be good at managing your own workload and driven to progress your career forward within an exciting and fast paced environment.
