Macildowie HR are working with a specialist business in Leicestershire as they look for a permanent HR Advisor to join the small site for 2 days a week. This role is offering up to £28,000 FTE as well as other benefits and they are looking for someone start immediately.
The role has come about due to organic growth and strategic acquisistion so now is a good time to join! You will be instrumental in achieving the growth objectives through the deployment of best practice tools and techniques and will get to work alongside the HR Director in America.
To support the overall strategic growth plan, to partner with the leadership team and to collaborate with an innovative workforce.
Develop and manage recruitment process, onboarding and retention whilst providing ideas on how to conduct a better HR service to the business
Responsible for the day to day management of all HR activities and key initiatives, such as Resourcing, Absence Management, Performance Management and Reporting
Responsible for developing effective relationships with managers of all levels in order to ensure the HR strategy is delivered effectively to meet the needs of the business.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be a strong relationship builder, commercially focused, a good coach and a pragmatic individual.
Have extensive HR generalist experience, ideally within a similar industry/sector
Be collaborative in your approach and focused on providing value across all HR activities
Be a credible and innovative professional
