Job Description

Our client is a division of a global leader who are true pioneers and leaders in their field. A maternity cover post (12-14 months) is now available to support the Divisional HEAD OF HR with a pivotal role in the HR function. This role will be 1 of 3 HRBP's supporting the Head of HR and is a critical role in the team structure. Key responsibilities will include:

Leads major human resources projects, advises on HR policies and procedures, addresses complex HR inquiries
Partner & consults with leadership to assess the organizations HR needs and assist Talent Management issues
Acts a business partner to a customer group, and take the lead on a range of HR related matters, with a key focus on building people management capability
Accountable for the delivery of operational HR including policies, recruitment and selection, employee relations, talent and succession, performance management, engagement, and reward with own customer group
Working with the HR team and collaborating with leadership to define, develop and deliver the people plan to support the business, implementing HR programs and projects
Maintain a network of contacts in Total Reward, Talent Management, Labour and Employee Relations to address specialized HR questions
Leads projects and assignments related to major HR Tasks involving multiple variables including Salary planning, talent reviews etc
Acts as coach to managers to improve their capability as leaders, and partnering them to and develop their teams
Defining and reporting monthly people metrics providing meaningful analysis to business partners in order to identify improvement actions
Have an interest and not shy away from recruitment and ER responsibilities.

Candidates will be experienced HR Business Partners/Generalists with up to date knowledge of employment law, able to work autonomously whilst being integral to a team with the experience as a generalist in a HR environment including active experience of handling routine to complex employee relations issues as well as experience of the full recruitment cycle. You must be available ideally immediately to commit to the length of the proposed contract.
