Macildowie are delighted to be working with an amazing Professional Services organisation, who are looking for a HR Business Partner on an 12-month contract. The working-model for this role is remote, with typically 1-2 days required working in their fantastic offices around the country.

The successful candidate will:

• Maintain the HR System, creating report and updating employee records.
• Handle all Employee Relations, including more complex ER casework.
• Working on upcoming projects, ensuring compliance with new awards and certifications.
• Full employee lifecycle, including contracts and offer letters.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be passionate about working at pace and driving business change.
• Confident with entire operational HR scope.
• Have experience managing HR systems and ER cases.
• Be confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
