Great! I am currently working with a cracking SME who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team - this is a new role so you can really make it your own!

You will take ownership of ER case work, managing the processes from start to finish, influencing and coaching manager when necessary. Take responsibility for the full employee life-cycle, ensuring all processes and policies are fit for purpose with the support of the HR Manager, and manage elements of recruitment during this period of growth.

Not only that but you will assist with various HR projects not limited to -

• Organisational change and development
• Process updates focusing on reducing agency spend *gulp*
• Rewards and benefits updates/renewals

They are looking for an established HR professional who is confident with ER, able to push back with key stakeholders and comfortable at the top and bottom of a HR role.

You will bring your passion for HR, strong communication skills, bright and engaging personality and CIPD level 5 to the office in Nottingham 3 days a week.
