I am currently recruiting for a cracking new Senior HR Advisor position based in Crick for an exciting food manufacturing brand.

Supporting a business of c400 employees you will bring your previous HR experience and work alongside a team to provide proactive HR support to the whole employee headcount.

Being based on-site at the office in Crick you will have the opportunity to partner closely with senior stake holders, building relationships, challenging when necessary and coaching on best practise.

• Someone with previous, generalist HR experience
• The ability to be on-site in Crick (flexibility to come once established)
• The ability to work at pace and build strong relationships
• A commercial mind-set comfortable with both the operational and strategic side of HR
