Macildowie HR are working in partnership with a non-for-profit organisation who are recruiting for a new role - Learning and Development Specialist.

Although this is a 'stand-alone' L&D position there will be support provided by the HRD who started their career in L&D and is really invested in the development of this position.

So - what is expected?

You will bring your previous L&D knowledge and start with a learning needs analysis to establish an initial action list. From there you will develop new trainings (including writing the content), deliver sessions virtually and face to face to the business from entry to leadership level, and partner with external suppliers.

If you come from an L&D background, have experience managing your own day to day and are confident being the sole L&D professional within an organisation then please do apply!

This role is on-site in Loughborough 1-2 days a week and is paying north of £35,000p.a.
