Out close to Melton Mowbray there is a brilliant big name brand looking for a HR Manager to join their team. You will be part of a small HR team supporting a business with a head count of c500 employees with everything and anything HR.

This could be…

• Management or employee relations cases including supporting and coaching managers on best practise
• Updating and implementing new HR policies and processes ensuring everything is up to date and compliant
• Management of monthly reports
• Day to day coordination or the recruitment process and overseeing elements of reward
• Line management of the small HR team and responsibility of the HR system

Due to the level of this position they are looking for someone who is comfortable in a senior HR position and as such has experience in that area. You will ideally come with a CIPD level 5 and experience operating within HR for a small to medium size business.

This role is based on-site at their stunning offices and you will work as part of a busy HR team to support the business day to day.
