Senior HR Advisor

Leicester - onsite

8-12 month FTC

Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a Leicester based Manufacturer who has the best of both worlds! Their site hosts not only a factory manufacturing the product on a 24 hour basis, but also a state of the art marketing and tech facility/office.

Based on-site in Leicester you will work with the current HR team supporting the business with the day to day HR support on a fixed term basis of 8-12 months covering a maternity leave.

You will bring your extensive ER knowledge, generalist experience and ability to partner across the business to this role with the ability to hit the ground running.

There are some other little shiny bits for this one

• They will consider someone on condensed or slightly reduced hours
• There will be a handover with the current incumbent of roughly a month
• There is the opportunity to travel to Northamptonshire on an ad-hoc basis to support an additional site.
