Partnering closely with the key stakeholders of a Kettering based manufacturing company you will operate as a HR Advisor in a stand-alone capacity for that site. Part of a wider business and with the support of an extended HR team (based at another site) you will report to the HR D and proved support to the employee headcount of 150ppl (mostly blue collar professionals).

The could be anything and everything ranging from -

• Management of employee relations cases (escalating cases to the Senior Advisor where necessary)
• Reporting on absence
• Coaching and upskilling line managers on process and best practise
• Rolling out of engagement initiatives

To be successful with your application you will come with previous HR Advisor experience ideally with a confidence in employee relations, you will also be comfortable, and have experience working in a manufacturing environment challenging and influencing stakeholders on a daily basis.

This position will consider someone who is looking for reduced hours or condensed working hours/days.
