Macildowie HR are lucky enough to be partnering with an FMCG giant who are looking for a HR Business Partner on 12 month fixed term contract. You will work as part of a wider team and support a midlands based site with an employee headcount of c350 ppl.

The role is a brilliant mix of operational and strategic HR support with line management responsibilities to three.

Along wide the day to day of employee relations, team management and partnering with the key stakeholders you will also have exposure to strategic HR projects such as -

• Management of a retention focused project
• Employee engagement follow up action plans
• Reward and benefits overhaul
• Learning and Development and career pathway development

If you are immediately available, or on short notice, comfortable with travelling every day to west Nottinghamshire (boarder of Derbyshire and Leicestershire) and have experience working within a blue collar work environment then I would love to hear from you

c£55,000p.a. + benefits (with some wiggle room)
