HR Administrator
4 - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full- Time Hours
£26,000p.a.- £28,000p.a. FTE (Full Time Equivalent)
Nottingham
Office based (Possible flex of 1 day WFH)

I am so excited to be working with this exciting Entertainment organisation, based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre! They are looking for a tenacious, HR Administrator to join their HR function on a fixed term basis. Working closely with the Head of HR, this is a great opportunity to gain invaluable skills to continue your professional development!

What will the role involve?

  • You will be working closely with the HR Advisor and Head of HR to support with managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR system to an excellent standard, which includes processing offer contracts and onboarding new starters, processing leavers and so on.
  • Supporting on other HR administrative tasks as and when needed.


Experience needed:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, supporting the employee lifecycle is essential.
  • Experience with using HR systems is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy, as a large element of the role is ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date on the internal HR system.
