The position of HR Manager will be a fantastic opportunity for someone to contribute to the wider HR agenda within this business. Working closely as part of a small team, you will report into a true expert practitioner in HR whilst also having your own line management responsibility. This is a true Â generalist role that will require you to have a strong background in Employment Law and Employee Relations.
As the HR Manager you will be instrumental in driving best practice within the business and ensuring that HR processes are strongly embedded in the operational running of the organisation. Particular themes within this role will include; coaching of stakeholders, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement, identification of development potential and programmes, reward and benefits and policy development.
