HR Manager - Rushden - up to £50,000

Macildowie Recruitment is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic well known brand in the recruitment of an HR Manager for their regional hub. The role will manage a small team, will report into the HR Director and will pay up to £50,000.

The Role
The HR Manager will manage a small team and support a client group of up to 300 people through peak season. The role will enjoy a generalist remit which will have a focus on engagement and maintaining high levels of performance and service delivery to the wider business and its clients. The HR Manager will be the senior HR contact on site but will have a number of HR peers to share best practice and collaborate with across an expansive HR network.

The HR Manager will have total ownership of site headcount which will mean responsibility for permanent recruitment and agency relationship management, including managing service levels and ensuring peak requirements are met. Alongside this, the HR Manager will have responsibility across L&D and Reward; this will mean ensuring a complete calendar of learning programmes are available to promote a strong leadership culture, but also being accountable for all pay and bonus reviews, as well as bringing new suggestions to the table for a benefits offering.

A grounding and comprehensive ability in the employee relations arena is needed to deal with escalated or high risk instances but the postholder will be more effective in a generalist partnering capacity, so will be tasked with coaching the current HR team to absorb the majority of employee relations matters.

The Person
Our client is looking for a dynamic and vibrant HR Manager to push the boundaries with a track record of delivery. You will be an HR Manager or Business Partner with experience of thriving in a fast paced environment. You be commercially driven with an aptitude to deliver commercial results through creative and innovative solutions. You will be comfortable partnering with a senior leadership population and will ideally be CIPD qualified.
