We are looking for a commercially minded HR Manager, with strong leadership skills to join a manufacturing business in Nottingham.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the HR Manager you will take responsibility for delivering a robust, efficient HR service to the business. Leading a team of HR professionals you will not only ensure that they are delivering business objectives but also work actively to ensure their continued development.
As the HR Manager you will work to ensure employee engagement, talent acquisition, leadership development and performance management are in place both operationally and strategically.
You will work with a number of stake holders in the business including the executive team and senior members of management.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Â As the HR Manager you will possess strong engagement skills, an open style of communication and be able to demonstrate strong capabilities as acting facilitator between HR and the wider business.
You will be a strong people leader who invests in the development of their own team along with the wider business. Commercially minded with the ability to adapt to change are highly sought after skills.
Previous experience of delivering change agendas and strong programmes of engagement, on boarding and leadership development are required.
