HR Manager - Daventry - up to £45,000 - Interim
Macildowie Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an evolving organisation in the recruitment of an HR Manager position on an interim basis. The HR Manager will be the senior HR contact within the business and will be recruited initially on an interim basis. The role will pay £40,000-£45,000 and it is likely that the role will go permanent following a successful interim period.
The role will support the leadership and management team with the day to day running of the site and implementation of the HR strategy. The HR Manager will promote and embed a proactive and efficient HR service across a varied client base and will juggle multiple stakeholder relationships to ensure that good HR practices are maintained across the organisation.
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are upheld across the business and will play a key role in the success of wider business projects. The HR Manager post is a generalist role and you will be expected to be involved with Learning & Development, Engagement, Talent & Succession and Employee Relations.
You will be a competent HR Officer or HR Manager with a generalist background. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage the day to day but also proactively embark upon value adding projects and embed the HR strategy. You will have a hands on approach to working and will be confident in building relationships with senior stakeholders.
