Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background? Are you looking to work for an established business based in Nottingham who value ambition, ingenuity and well being at the heart of their ethos?
The HR Manager will be responsible for owning all HR related activities including but not limited to; recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training. You will be the go to person for driving and delivering recruitment campaigns, engaging with prospective employees, advising and coaching managers on interview techniques, drawing contracts of employment and devising induction schedules. The HR Manager will coach and guide employees and managers through the full employee relations life cycle.

As the HR Manager you will have a strong understanding of the employee life cycle. You will have actively engaged in generalist HR activities and projects. You will possess a strong understand of employment law. Being able to work colloborately is essential and a strong coaching style is desired.
Previous experience of people management is desired.
