Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working exclusively with a growing international business in the recruitment of a HR Manager. The HR Manager will manage all HR activities for the UK arm of the business and the role will be recruited on a permanent basis. Our client is looking to pay up to £45,000 and offers a great environment to work in.
The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR activities for the UK business. The operational HR and implementation of strategic initiatives will be managed locally while the HR Manager will work closely with the European HR Director to create the UK HR strategy. The role will report into the Business Unit Manager and will work very closely with the UK Financial Director, who has been responsible for HR prior to the introduction of the HR Manager role.
The key objectives for the HR Manager will be focused around organisational development and the deployment of proactive HR initiatives to develop the capability across the business, while promoting and developing a culture of inclusivity and establishing an engaged, high performing workforce.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the operational HR duties such as the management of employee relations cases and performance management, as well as business driven HR activities such as TUPE, restructure and redundancy. The HR Manager will be responsible for creating a recruitment strategy and establishing efficient recruitment practices to ensure the timely recruitment of business critical roles.
The ideal will candidate will be an established HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor with strong experience in coaching, upskilling and supporting managers across a variety of functions. Experience in L&D and engagement would be beneficial, as would CIPD qualifications. You will have a fair, firm and friendly approach to working and will be a team player.
