Job Description

A leading organisation based in the Lincolnshire area are looking for an experienced HR Officer/HR Manager to join their team to push forward the business forward, working in a generalist HR role delivering the overall business strategy. An exciting and dynamic opportunity for a proactive and confident HR professional who has confidence in their ability and experience in a fast paced environment. The role is based in North Lincolnshire and is a fantastic development opportunity.

The Role
Reporting into the HR Director, you will help drive the business forward and you will work with the wider HR team on ER, L&D initiatives, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and HR operations in a proactive and engaging manner, contributing to the strategy. You will be confident in building strong relationships at all levels as well as being a strong influencer in order to provide functional direction on procedures, policy, change management and organisation development.

From the offset you will be motivated to get to know the business quickly; partnering business managers in order to provide expert advice and guidance. You will manage the site business plan to utilise manpower resources in line with company policy. You will have 3 direct reports, which will be a HR Officer, HR Administrator and a Receptionist.


The Candidate
You will either be a generalist HR Officer or a HR Manger who has worked on complex ER cases, has experience of trade union negotiations and have worked in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident and engaging in order to build strong relationships with key contacts. You will be a strong influencer and able to challenge at all levels to gain credibility and to be able to push things forward. We are looking for a proactive go getter!
