£45-50k per annum + Car
Macildowie HR are working with a large client on a 12 month FTC appointment. Reporting to the Head of HR, the main function of the HRM/HRBP will be to support Managers in achieving Departmental Objectives as well as individuals in achieving personal development and career progression. This role will cover multiple sites (max 4) across the Midlands (south) and Along the M25/M4 corridor.
-Empower Managers to lead on ER cases while supporting leaders to deal/coach on performance issues;
-Enable career progression for employees;
-Work collaboratively with the Head of HR and network HR team to administer the starter, leaver and change processes and all other life cycle activity.
-Implement strategic projects consistently into assigned Departments;
-Be a beacon of HR related information, accessibly by all;
-Be flexible and innovative in resolving issues;
-Support those wishing to grow;
-Supports achieving the overall company or department objectives;
-Supporting talent plans, resourcing and pipe lining
-Gets involved in any HR related project;
-Actively helps other specialists, departments & groups
-Capable of building unique stakeholder plans while maintaining engagement
-Attracts Managers to the People Processes
The ideal candidate for the role will be a broad generalist HRM who has been in a fast-paced similar role for 2-3 years. Ideally you will have worked in a retail/fast paced/manufacturing/logistics environment. You will be a team player, TUPE experience is a must and have a genuine interest in making a positive difference.
