Macildowie Recruitment are working with an exciting, changing company to recruit for an HR MI Data Analyst to join MI function within the HR Shared Service. The role will report into the Senior MI Analyst and will pay up to £40,000.
The role will sit within the Northamptonshire based HR Shared Service function and the objective of the role will be to provide system driven support and a solid MI service efficiently and effectively. A key part of the role will involve reporting and presenting analyses and findings to the Senior Management teams within the business.
With key HR metrics in mind, you will provide analysis and insights on an ad-hoc, as well as scheduled, basis. As part of the data reporting you will be expected to present statistical data using charts, trends and dashboards, as well as a wider suite of reporting tools. A flexible approach to reporting is welcomed as the needs of HR, leaders and Directors of the business may be varied. You will also work closely with the wider HR functions in the running of regular engagement surveys.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and commercially aware; being able to understand the data and rationalise the business impact of any trends. You will have high attention to detail and will be able to confidently manipulate large quantities of data. A systematic approach and full competence with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools and dashboards are essential.
