Macildowie HR is working with an excellent client to recruit a professional HR Officer.
You will engage with departments of the business to provide HR support to team members, advise, coach and train managers / team leaders, take ownership of generalist case work and interpret employment law and HR best practice.
Deliver HR Support
To provide a customer focused, generalist HR service, engaging other HR team members
Give advice on company policy
To coach people managers as required to enable effective people management
Provide advice to managers on sensitive HR issues and casework
Complete any other ad-hoc tasks required
To contribute to the review and updating of HR policies
Skills / Experience Required:
A strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Well developed planning and organisational skills
A strong team player who can build effective relationships
A minimum of 2 years working in an Officer / Advisor position
CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent)
Coaching or mentoring experience and/or qualification
Package: £26,000 - £27,000 / Full time / Contract / Derbyshire
