Who are they I hear you ask?!

Well based in South Leicestershire this is an international manufacturing company who actually produce some pretty exciting stuff! Their offices are modern and they have some nice on site perks. The company is split up into a number of different sections and this role would be responsible for up to 270 employees across around three sites (all within 15 minutes' drive of each other- so a diving license is a must!)

What will you be doing?

This is one of those roles where you will need some exceptional gravitas, brilliant HR Advisor level experience and a level head. You will be responsible for ALL elements of HR for around 270 employees, this will include employee relations case management, recruitment, absence management, performance management, booking in trainings and much more. Anything that needs it, can be escalated to the HR Manager who is there to support where necessary.

What they need from you…

To be successful with your application you MUST have CIPD Level 5 or a degree in Human Resources as a minimum, this is none negotiable

In addition they are looking for someone who has worked at an advisory level previously or who has had loads of exposure to ER case work.

This role is going to suit an up and comer with around 3-5 years HR experience.
