Macildowie are currently working on an on-going temp position with a Leicester based client
This role is working for a company based in central Leicester who would like a HR Officer to ideally start ASAP to assist with business demand. This is a fab opportunity if you have some HR Administration experience and have knowledge of employee relations and are looking for a more challenging varied role.
This position is reporting into the HR Manager and has come about due to the high volume of work coming through at the moment. The HRM is extremely approachable, easy to get on with but impressive and professional!
This will not only be general HR role (i.e. sending out offer letters and contracts) but there will be a strong project element to this role including the following:
- Implementing the new processes into the HR System.
- Data input for payroll, including all starters, leavers and changes
- Updating of all HR policies and procedures where necessary
- Assisting with company inductions
- Putting together new starter packs along with the HR Manager
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm initially working from home until the office opens again following the pandemic. If you need flexibility with hours please still apply.
