Macildowie HR is working with a market leading business in the Warwick area, who are looking recruit a dynamic HR Officer specialising in Business Change and Employee Relations. The role will pay between £28,000 and £33,000 depending on experience
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing Employee Relations cases including Employment Tribunal claims
Liaise with managers to understand, and advise on their HR issues and attending meetings.
Work with the HR Manager on specific projects
Act as the technical expert for the organisation, keeping informed of changes to legislation, highlighting risk and recommending changes to company policy and practice where appropriate
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Be able to demonstrate significant experience of advising on business change and ER issues
Have a strong understanding of employment law and experience in its practical application
Be able to provide accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations to line managers
Have the ability to juggle and prioritise a high volume of day to day cases with projects
Have excellent communication skills; able to adapt style to confidently interact with all levels within the business
