I am currently working with a business based just outside of Nottingham City centre who are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join them on a 1 year FTC to manage the recruitment for the business.
You will be managing the end to end recruitment process and ensuring that recruitment timelines are met. This will include writing job descriptions, selecting candidates from shortlists, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews and sitting in on the formal interview panel. This role will involve recruiting for roles at all levels as well as managing stakeholder expectations. They have various sites across the East Midlands, so some travel will be required across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Northampton.
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have in-house recruitment experience where you have managed a high volume of roles at various levels. It would be ideal if you have experience within education recruitment, although this is not absolutely essential. You should be confident in your recruitment ability and be able to prioritise your time in order to meet the demands of a busy recruitment role. You should also have up to date knowledge of UK Law legislations .
