What will you be doing?
On completion of our graduate training scheme, you will be find yourself working with a host of instantly recognisable PLC Customers and high growth SME's to pipeline and recruit the very best talent that is 'in' the market, not just 'on' the market.
We believe in investing in the training and development of our employees to enable you to become a star performer today or a potential leader of tomorrow. You may have previous recruitment experience; you may not have any at all. We are looking to hire on attitude and aptitude, not just technical fit.
We like natural pace and people with agility that are able to think quickly. You will be keen to develop new relationships and recognise the importance of nurturing the broad client base we have worked so diligently to develop.
What will you be offered in return?
3 Months training - We're not going to throw you in at the deep end, we'll give you 3 months training for the market that best suits your personality, with regular support and coaching.
Defined market and candidate pool - You'll be responsible for your own customers in your own specialism when you're up and running meaning the opportunity to build relationships to last through your career.
