This level of growth has been the result of individual performances that have seen consultants win incentives to Las Vegas and New York and get on the property ladder within 18 months of joining the team!

We love trying new things, we've run team meetings on camping trips, we've had an organic breakfast at a local award winning farm shop and recently we even treated ourselves to a Michelin Star to reward ourselves for our hard work and achievements!


We have the biggest team of HR recruiters who all work together as one team in the Midlands we believe that there is so much more we can be doing for our customers. With this in mind, we are looking to continue to grow.

What do we need from you?
You won't take yourself too seriously; there are no big egos in our team. Instead, you will be motivated by doing a great job for your customers and being a positive influence across the division to be the 'Best Version of You.' You will recognise the importance of pushing yourself and you will be open minded to trying new approaches, learning from your successes and failures and understanding that being part of an ambitious customer focused unit of people comes with tremendous opportunity to progress but also a healthy pressure to contribute within the team.

What will you be doing?
You will be working with a host of instantly recognisable PLC Customers and high growth SME's to pipeline and recruit the very best talent that is 'in' the market, not just 'on' the market. You will build relationships with candidates who work in HR, Resourcing, Reward and Learning and Development working across multiple sectors, supported by myself and our Business Manager Louise Carling.

We believe in investing in the training and development of our employees to enable you to become a star performer today or a potential leader of tomorrow. You may have previous recruitment experience; you may not have any at all. We are looking to hire on attitude and aptitude, not just technical fit.


We like natural pace and people with agility that are able to think quickly. You will be keen to develop new relationships and recognise the importance of nurturing the broad client base we have worked so diligently to develop.

What will you be offered in return?
3 Months training - We're not going to throw you in at the deep end, we'll give you 3 months training for the market that best suits your personality, with regular support and coaching.

Defined market and candidate pool - You'll be responsible for your own customers in your own specialism when you're up and running meaning the opportunity to build relationships to last through your career.

Incentives - It's not just about the amazing bonuses or super biller bonus, it's also about the annual trip to Las Vegas, the flights to New York, the flexible working, the weekly incentives and quarterly social events.
