HR Reporting & Insights Analyst - Northamptonshire - c£37,000
Macildowie Recruitment is working with a well known national business on the recruitment of an HR Reporting & Insights Analyst to join their transitioning team. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will pay around £37,000.
The postholder will sit within the newly formed team and will be focused on driving accurate HR insights and reporting to the business while being managing a variety of stakeholder relationships and being a systems and applications guru.
With key HR metrics in mind, you will provide analysis and insights on an ad-hoc, as well as scheduled, basis. As part of the data reporting you will be expected to present statistical data using charts, trends and dashboards, as well as a wider suite of reporting tools. A flexible approach to reporting is welcomed as the needs of HR, leaders and Directors of the business may be varied. You will also work closely with the wider HR functions in the running of regular engagement surveys.
The HR Reporting & Insights Analyst will be responsible for training out new processes to end users and delivering continual improvements and optimisations to the reporting processes.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and commercially aware; being able to understand the data and rationalise the business impact of any trends. You will have high attention to detail and will be able to confidently manipulate large quantities of data. A systematic approach and full competence with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools and dashboards are essential while competence with SQL, VBA and Access is high sought after.
