Macildowie HR are excited to be working exclusively with a great business, here in Nottingham; supporting with the recruitment of a newly created role within their HR structure. The newly created position of HR Manager has been created to help oversea the ER capabilities of the business, as well as covering the other generalist aspects of HR.
As the HR Manager you will work closely with the HR Advisor, Managers and Key Stakeholders across all functions to provide the wider organisation with HR support. This role includes everything from employee relations, strategy, recruitment, L&D and all other things in between. The role is estimated to last for 12 months (potentially longer) and would offer the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR and reports directly to the HR Director.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Employment Law, policy development and case management. Communication skills are paramount, as well as experience of change and management. CIPD qualified or equivalent is desired. Experience of working within an international organisation is essential.
